Avast Business Avast Server Protection

I had installed avast server 4 and everything worked just fine. After a while I had to reinstall the server. When I reinstalled avast it gave me “0 providers running”. Because of that I can’t start on-access scanner. What should I do?

Please check if the “avast antivirus” service is running (Administrative Tools → Services). If not, try to start it.

I couldn’t start the service. It gives me “Error 1607: process was terminated unexpectedly”

In the service’s properties, go to the Log on tab and change the service to use the “LocalSystem” account. Also check the “Allow service to interact with desktop” box.

That should do the trick.
