seriously considering not renewing AIS in a couple months! after being a PAYING!!! customer for multiple years for both AIS AND MOBILE PRO this is seriously disappointing

meant to say VPN and euhm yes they do. Due to changing pricing in etc in mobile security they offered up VPN account. Anyway, this can be locked now. CS responded at last and an agreement was reached. Case closed
