0 response after paying customer for years

What exactly does a paying customer have to do get support? After the latest newsletter i filed a support ticket 16211 nearly a WEEK AGO! Autoreply states usually within 24h, could be a little longer. 5 days! is not a “little” longer. even asked in the latest beta sticky, paged Tomas https://plus.google.com/108634582893514727706

seriously considering not renewing AIS in a couple months! after being a PAYING!!! customer for multiple years for both AIS AND MOBILE PRO this is seriously disappointing

avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days (= 2 weeks)
This has been told a huge amount of times already.

What newsletter? The one they sent about just as many days ago in regards to mobile security.

I have never in over eleven years received a newsletter from avast - which is why I raised the question.

That’s the newsletter yes, but irrelevant to my problem. I neither need, nor want the VPS thing. Guess i’ll have to wait for CS to respond. 7 days and counting

That mail and the VPS have nothing to do with each other at all.

meant to say VPN and euhm yes they do. Due to changing pricing in etc in mobile security they offered up VPN account. Anyway, this can be locked now. CS responded at last and an agreement was reached. Case closed
