Yesterday on 12/12 on my Dell Latitude laptop. When I logged off and went back to it a few minutes later I had to restart it because it shut down. This happened a couple of times. I checked my power plug to be sure it was plugged in and it was. When I went back onto the web through Avast safezone browser, a popup came up and stated that i had to call 1888-517-8405. It also stated if I shut down my computer it would not come back on. I ran a full avast scan and found nothing. I performed a boot scan and still nothing. When my computer went to reboot I could not log into my computer would not recognize m y password to get into windows. I called Dell tech support to try to find a way around and they tried a few things nothing worked. Any ideas?
