100% Disk-Usage at System Startup

When I turn on my computer for about an Hour in task manager I get a constant 100% disk usage does not drop or change for an hour ive found that if I stop service

aswbIDSAgent Service - (Provides Identity Protection Against Cyber Crime.)

in about 5-10 minutes Disk-usage drops back to like 3% and stays low

I am current trying Avast troubleshoot Repair option would love any other suggestion that was all I can find searching forums for same problem if I cant find solution I might have to just uninstall it I rather not though I love Avast the last update though messed something bad up

If the repair of your Avast Installation does not resolve your issue please proceed with a “Clean Install” and reboot.
Any difference?

I just wanted to report back that it was my system having problems I reinstalled windows now avast is working properly thanks for the tips and idea
