10060 Error

Suddenley yesterday getting a “TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server” error for my Comcast outbound e-mail accounts only in Outlook 2000. (I’m able to send on my AOL account) "'421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 68.87.26.155(68.87.26.155:25). My outgoing server port for Comcast accounts is 587, however. If I disable Avast the e-mail sends. I am using the free version of Avast. Thanks in advance for your help.

Who has the old configuration and is affected by the problem, you should go to the tab “Settings e-mail” from your electronic messaging program and select “exit door”. In this field, you need to replace the number 25 by 587.not only avast email shield
