17.1.2886 Update is causing a lot of Error popups

I’m using Windows 7 Professional SP1 and updated my Avast today. Now I’m getting a lot of error popups when I’m running programs, especially games that have anti-cheat protection like Gameguard.

So far, I tried adding exceptions, disabling Gaming mode, and doing a repair install of Avast. I also checked my OS integrity with sfc /scannow.

Indeed it does !!! No more failure pop-ups. Now i can start the application without first turning off whole avast internet security, thank you very much.
But nevertheless i hope they will fix it shortly.

avast knows about the problems and it would really surprise if they are not already working on it and bring out a (micro)update very soon.
