18 Days without any reply

Hello,

I, as many others, forgot to turn off my auto-renewal after the trial for SecureLine VPN expired, which meant that Avast took a good 79 dollars I believe. I made a ticket to request a refund, yet it has been 18 days and still no reply.

Could you report this?

#835481 is my ticket ID.

There is currently a huge delay in the ticket handling.
It take +/- 15 business days for avast to handle a ticket.
