Yes one is this…for Vista…Important
2nd has the same KB# says Update for Windows…Recommended.
Strange.
Thanks.
Do you have a link for it, I mean, to Microsoft Knowledge Database?
No I’ll go on my notebook & send you a screen shot though it has no protection at the moment.
Why? Doesn’t it have a firewall and avast?
Avast & firewall not yet installed
Why not?
Was palnning on doin it when I noticed in update history 2 KB 929777
I think it’s safer just installing the antivirus and keep Windows firewall until you have Windows fully updated…

First & 3rd…
I’m not sure we have to be that worried about it… after all, these are two ‘logs’ of the Windows Update, not the updates themselves… Live is so short to troubleshoot every glitch
Bahhh, you don’t even need this one. Uninstall it and hide it if it offers to install it again. This is a notorious update really. How much RAM do you have on your system BTW ?
Thanks Tech & darth_mikey.
4 gigs
True…
Yeah just forget about this one. Since you have Vista installed and running just fine with 4 gb of ram this is totally unnecesary.
Ok thanks Tech & dart_mikey for the reassurance.
No problem.
