after running a boot scan it found two pups “PUP:win32:PUP-gen[PUP]” and “win32:relevant-K PUP”
They could not be deleted, moved to chest or repaired. The error messages are as follows. Move to chest “Error: The operation is not supported for this type of archive. (42111)” and delete has the same message. Repair gives the message "Error: The file was not repaired. (42060). The “Severity” rating is given as low.
the complete paths are:
c:\windows\installer\2206648.msiI>binary.rkinstaller.exe infected with “win32:relevant-K PUP”
c:\windows\installer\2206648.msiI>binary.resutlurlwd2.exe infected with “PUP:win32:PUP-gen[PUP]”
please tell me what to do? these infected files only showes up after a bootscan and no other scan picks these up i dont have no viruses, i ran malware bytes program also but didnt pick these up either…

Probably comes with a program you have installed…maybe a toolbar

always update the program so you have lates database before you scan
click the remove selected button to quarantine any infections found

i already scanned with this programm the quick scan and the deep scan but Mbam didnt find these files infected it says i have a clean computer
