2 weeks the program stopped working. Reinstallation does not help

At the encryption stage, it gives an error with the code.
There is no contact with support on the site.
Letters are rejected without assigning a ticket number.

What is happening?

I have stops in “mimic” mode, but after that the work continues.
Try the WireGuard vpn mode, it is the only working mode.
I don’t like the lack of full support and feedback.
You can wait weeks or more for answers on this forum.
