2 year Avast protection bought at the end of 2013, already saying up for renewal

So I purchased the 2 year protection in October of last year and only 5 months into it it’s saying you are not protected time for renewal…what the? Anyone else had this issue? Who can I email about this?

What exact version of avast do you have installed?
What exactly did you buy?
Was it really a 2 year license or a renewal of a existing license?
Have you already tried a repair and inserting the license again?
Is the time/date on your system still correct?

I ordered the Avast v8 security.
And it wasn’t a renewal it was a first order.
Yes time and date on my system are correct.

Just currently seeing if I can insert the licence number.
