~200 infected files, avast can't delete them. Help??

So I ran a full scan on my PC, and it found 200 or so files that were infected (yikes!). All of them are in C:\Users\ME\AppData\Local\Temp(some file name)\infinst.exe. But when I try to delete them, it gives me an error: The system cannot find the path specified (3).

The system cannot find the path specified (3).

This usually mean that the file(s) are already gone If you reboot and scan again, do you get same message?
