This is not very surprising to me. As the use of computers increases world-wide, so will cyber-crime. It is unfortunate that many countries do not even have laws against cyber-crime … or what laws might be in place are not very well enforced.
This is as CharleyO says no surprise, each year is the year of cyber crime and I don’t doubt that 2007 will also be the year of cyber crime. With the financial incentive there criminals are going to want a piece of it.
