Sorry to inform you that I am total disappointed with your released products in 2017.
Your Avast Pro / IS ver17 makes all my PCs, which are running WinXP Pro SP3, are freezing and halt.
Once Avast Pro / IS ver17 is uninstalled, all my PCs return fine and normal condition.
If you do not post the download link to public, please inform me where I can download the offline installer of Avast Pro / IS 2016 version.
Or, am I required to request my local reseller to obtainvast Pro / IS 2016 version ?

Basically, what is the mainly purpose for purchasing Anti-virus SW by people ?
These few years, Avast product becomes unstable, unreliable, bulky, slow down customer’s PC… Avast seems to become another “Norton Antivirus”.
I am no idea whether these changes which are hired some Symantec management / R&D guys before. They are affecting the original avast team member
Honestly, I had used Avast since their version 4.0
My licenses will be expired in end of 2017.
If Avast still goes that way and direction, I think I am most likely to give up Avast and switch to use other Antivirus company.
Besides, could anyone have keep the previous version of Avast Off-Line installer ?

5 (great improvement when comparing with ver 4)

Besides, where can I send compliant letter to Avast ? Since, their product ver17 brings me a big trouble in my working company.
I am afraid I will loss my job >:( Because it is me, suggested to use Avast Pro since version 4. I just want to solve the problem with using ver17 with simplify way (downgrade to ver 2016).
Please do not treat us (paid-customer) as lab mouse.
You have to wait for a while (normally some business days, in some cases it needs more) to get a reply from Support team.
