I been using AVAST for a long time and even used it for my company (paid version) last christmas i tried out some trials , and canceled them all and even got a e-mail confirmation on it by a support member, now suddenly out no were it charges 79$ times 2?? i have no licenses on my avast account when i login , i have not received ANY email from avast expect the automatic paypal recipe, i don’t have any licenses in my AVAST product itself . is anyone from the AVAST team on these forums to help out? i made a ticket but it can take up to 14 days to reply?
Most likely due to the Auto Renewal Option.
Post your support ticket# here and we’ll try to alert Avast for you.
It usually takes 10 - 15 business days. for a refund to get processed.

How is there any auto renewal when a support member ( i still have the mail) told me everything has been canceled ? id on’t have any licenses in my avast login (the website, but i play over 100$??? were is the license?)
when i search on “forgot order number” because i didn’t RECEIVE any order number it say “nothing fond - when i search on my email and last 4 digits”

as you paid through Paypal you can’t look up in the portal for the order ID using the card’s last 4 digits (also we are not able to search by Paypal’s Transaction ID).
Could you please post Paypal’s "Invoice ID"s? That’s our order ID

How long will it take and (refund) and will i get a email when the issue is set to refund? so i can follow it

The refund was issued yesterday, we replied to your ticket around noon, Central European Time.
It takes around 5 business days, but usually with Paypal it’s faster. The confirmation emails, though, will go to the addresses we have registered for the orders :-\ I will forward them to you later today

I used free avast for years and found it to be a very good virus program. In 2014 I decided to contribute to the cause so to speak and upgrade to a paid plan.
I signed up for the 3 computer 39.99 plan. An acceptable price and til then I was very happy with the service. Worth the $$.
Then, the next year the price jumped to $55. I bit the bullet and went with it anyways. The next year it was the same price.
Anyways, THIS YEAR, as I was paying my credit card bill, I found that they charged my credit card via auto renew for this year…it has more than DOUBLED since 2014 to $85.59.
I never saw an email prior that justified the huge cost increase and as far as I know, I have the same plan I have had all along. Got no justification for the huge increase. Just the new bill.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I want to find out why it has jumped so high. At that price, I will go back to the “free” version or use another provider.
