3 Shields not starting

Hi

I turn off Avast when playing games , but sometimes when I re enable the 13 shields it still says that three haven’t started again. … Any ideas? And does any one else see this?..it dosnt happen all the time thou.

Hi,

Do you turn them off/on individually, via the user interface, or tray icon?
Which version do you have installed?
Have you tried to repair it? https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Repair-Antivirus
If it happens again, I would suggest that you add your support package id here.

Also, when playing games you might want to consider using the Do Not Disturb Mode.
