3 tickets submitted and no reply or answers

Hi Avast,

I originally purchased the wrong lic. I purchased business instead of endpoint. I submitted a ticket for this number 06057519.
In this ticket i requested that the lic i purchased be converted to an endpoint license. I had no response after several days.
I sent through another ticket 06063089 requesting assistance again. No answer to date

As the license was expiring i renewed on the automated email that had a link… which i did as could not wait. i paid alot less for this license!

I opened a new ticket approx 14 days ago 06067714 requesting a refund on the first purchase as i had now purchased again in order to keep our avast running. (if i had waited for a response, i would still be waiting with no AV)
I have not heard anything. I appreciate it doesnt happen overnight. but i would like to really hear from a person that it is in process. i do not want to be told in a couple of weeks to late!

This is 3 tickets to which there has been no response. The only ticket i am interested now in please is 06067714 which the is the refund request. it has the order numbers, details etc in the ticket.

Submitting multiple tickets can have a negative effect as they are handled in a FiFo, so new tickets/modifications could start the FiFo process again.
