30-day money back

I have requested a refund product (Order #16938489962)using Avast Customer support system, in accordance to 30-day money back policy providing with all details of my order.
Have anyone ever successfully received their money back?
Avast money back claim is a scam?
In accordance to 30-day money back policy, why Avast do not refund the money?
I reported to Paypal, i thinks everyone should do it, if you paid by Paypal.
should i sue Avast?

Post your ticket-ID.

There is no reason to report it to Paypal.
If you are entitled for a refund, avast will give you the money back.

Everyone who was entitled for it, got their money back if they have requested it in the correct way.

i did the request,
they answer me:
We have stopped your Avast Internet Security - 3 PC subscription Auto-Renewal service.
Your current security subscription will remain active until the expiration date (June 6, 2019).
Also i got email from: avast@digitalriver.com :
We would be happy to help, but unfortunately the Avast online store’s
customer service team is not authorized to assist with refunds.

You sent your request yesterday and our staff immediately cancelled the auto renewal, hence the message.

Please be aware that we work in a FIFO system (First In - First Out), and that if you keep sending replies to your own ticket every 5 minutes, it is very unlikely that our staff will reach your ticket, as it is always the newest one.

Please wait for a reply from Avast.
