30 day trial - License will not work, code is accepted, but nothing happens.

I’ve tried this three different times today.

I go through all the steps to get the 30 day free trial, but when it comes time to insert the license, it says “Cannot insert license”. When I try to use the activation code instead, it says “Your products were activated”, but nothing is activated. Come to think of it, this is the same thing that happened when I got the free trial for the “Cleanup” service. Has anyone had this issue? And is anyone aware how to fix this?

Contact avast and let them have a look.

I’m of the understanding that if you are using the free Avast service, you are not eligible for support. Is this incorrect?
