30 day trial only last 1 day!!!!!!

Yesterday I downloaded a 30 day trial of Avast (the middle pack, first one to pay for) as son as it had loaded on my computer witch took about 5-10 minutes I got a warning about my trial expiring in 1 day and today it tells me that it has expired and I will have to extend it.

I am not sure if I want to buy that thing with 30 day money back guaranteed :frowning: Is that just 1 day too when it comes down to it all?? :frowning:
I really wanted to try this out before I bought it. Have tried the free version and wanted to know the difference.

What can I do?

Did you had avast before on the system?
If so, what version?

Any other security (related) software installed (or had previously) ?

Is the date/time still correct in the bios?

No I have a new computer, with it I got a 90 day trial version of Webroot which is expiring. I have had Avast free before and wanted to see the difference in free or bought :slight_smile:

And hopefully you removed Webroot (thoroughly) before installing Avast.
