I’m newbie here so I have probably posted this in the wrong location, I apologise in advance if this happens to be the case.
When I first started using Avast the virus data base would automatically update itself - ever since I registered I have had to do the updates manually. Is this normal? Because if this the case I’m starting find it a Little bit irritating. When I go in to the program settings there are options for automatic updates which I have checked both boxes.
In addition while I’m here what’s the difference between Standard Shield and Web Shield?
