I have 4 viruses/worms:
win32:Trojano-214(Trj)
win32:Trojano-gen
win32:Trojano-522
win32:Rameh
all in c:\system volume information_restore{1Dcb802C-AECB-418C-B4A7-401CF49901B6}\Rp139\Ao134877.dll

I’m clueless and haven’t any idea what to do.

Disable system restore and reboot. That’s all you have to do. This is explained in many threads on this board.
