My subscription shows that I have Avast installed on 10 devices, but I actually have it installed on 6. The remaining 4 are devices I no longer have (I to say that before getting rid of them, I reset them to factory settings). How can I remove these devices from my account? Thanks.

AFAIK there is no way to manually remove devices from license usage. They will be removed if the license is not used for certain amount of time.
If you don’t have the device anymore, you can use the license again till allowed limits regardless of license usage number.
