5 Payments taken last year alone?

I have been going through my accounts in Paypal, and last year Avast took 5 seperatre payments totalling £174.95, i guess it’s no, longer possible to contact anyone by phone now is it?

That doesn’t really help Asyn, i can check FAQ’s myself, i’m not after a refund, i’m after answers as to why Avast has taken so many payments in one year, and whether there is a contact number for cust services.

I have done that now, i assume by your reply that there is no way of contacting Avast by phone?

There’s (3rd party!!) phone support only for few countries (e.g. US).

Hmm i tried this one initially http://www.avast-support.uk/ but i got concerned when they said my account had a red flag against it for multiple billings, when i said all the billings in Paypal were from Avast and Digital River, he said Digi river was nothing to do with Avast, then said he could take over my pc remotely, i quickly gave up at that point?
