I have just installed Avast on a new laptop and as I did, I suspect that I installed some malware: 555.in.thai.

Avast did not identify it until I saw it in my programs & tried to uninstall it. avast then recommended a boot scan which removed Win32 & Win64 Conduit files but I have had to download and run tools from other sites to get rid of all the files.

So take care when downloading Avast as unscrupulous operators are bundling junk with it.
