65' crash !?? my DELL is suffering from this mystery ailment a THIRD time round

While I type in any application, these characters - 65’ - are randomly typed on my screen and the sys immediately turns off.

This becomes more frequent, til it is impossible to type any more than a few characters, and the sys crashes - vERy UNstable.

Btw my sys has been bugged with a cursor problem forever - despite replacement of motherboard & keyboard - that is… while typing the cursor will randomly jump and continue typing elsewhere until I am aware of this and need to correct it and return the cursor back to where I want to type.

ALL of this incredibly infuriating, especially as DELL have no answers.
