as the title says.
7 days without any kind of respond on my support ticket.
is this how Avast has become ?
it used to at least respond and give info if there is heavy load on support tickets or if they are more busy then normal.

You need to count in business day, not normal days.
Currently it takes avast 10-15 business days to handle a ticket.
The support department seem to be receiving a lot of tickets.
I guess it has to do with the many screw-ups by avast lately in their software.
