I can’t use Google services while avast secure line is turned on for all apps

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I don’t use Avast Secure Line. So I don’t have any personal experience of this.

That said, I don’t know if this is Google Services blocking the Avast Secure Line as it can’t identify the person using Google Services.

Are you getting an specific error messages, etc. and if so what ?
