8000032.@ & 8000064.@ removal

Please can someone help with removing the above malware. I’ve followed the steps set out in the ‘Logs to assist in cleaning malware’ post and have attached the various logs required.

The Avast pop-up is appearing every few minutes saying a malicious URL has been blocked. I am also either taken to random websites when searching, or get a message to say that there is a problem loading the page.

Thanks a million for any help you can offer.

Hello Rups,

is it possible to get a Screenshot of the Avast Alert? Search in Start Menu for Snipping Tool to make a Screenshot.

Malware removers will be notified by an Moderator soon but it can take some time till they arrive,
so please be patient.

You have a really nasty Infection on there so maybe it can take some time to remove that.
Rootkits are except for File Infectors one of the badest things you can get on your PC.

8000032.@ & 8000064.@
this indicate a ZeroAccess rootkit infection...... also attach aswMBR log

malware removers are notified

Thanks - please find attached the Alert

Services.exe is an Windows System File, so that should not be so.

Direct download of aswMBR: http://public.avast.com/~gmerek/aswMBR.exe

For me it would take about 24 to 30 Minutes with an E-Plus Web Stick and HSDPA, i dont know why…

And why there are Index.php files being downloaded when i go through the Forum…

Monitoring.

I recommended to use MCShield if you will.
You may download MCShield from one of the following links:

MyCity - Official download link
Softpedija - Mirror download link

It will prevent infection by computer via USB flash drive, mobile phone or any other memory card.
And not only will prevent infection, but it will immediately clean flash drive, memory card or external HDD.
