@craigb, the additional restart was my suggestion, being that in his past experience, sometimes it worked, and sometimes not. So rebooting more than once and double checking if it works correctly after more than the first reboot is just to avoid (or at least reduce the chances) from the user to come back tomorrow with the same problem.
