A bit worried

Today i have been having a odd issue where a combination of running Teamspeak and Minecraft causes my explorer.exe to completely glitch out.

It glitched out even in the middle of a avast virus scan, and the icon turned into the infinite circle.

I’m wondering why this is, if avast is responsible, and if someone could please help me. I’m greatly worried.

Are u sure its avast causing the issue? I am not a offical avast member nor do i have a offical avast status here. But I would like to give fellow avast users some help. Firstly try this method to eliminate any possible software clash. Dont run Teamspeak and Minecraft together. Run them one at a time just to see if the issue presists. Run minecraft for around the time u experience the crash and leave it running and see if anything happens, then do the same with Teamspark. If the problem does not occur then u have found ur soloution IT IS NOT Avast but both softwares conflicting. If the explorer.exe still crashs running just one of the programs you mentioned then unistall avast from ur pc and run ur programs together or singular and see if the problem returns. If the problem still happens that you have other issues regarding your problem and i would recommend re-installing ur OS.

From what i gathered and saw, it only happens when i run a certain modpack single player wise while teamspeak is open in the background. From what i’ve read, it’s memory based issue, not related to avast as far as i can tell.
