When i disable all shields for permanently* the avast tray icon not flashing red alart.It all green and give you are protected.It should be red and alart the user that he/she in danger.
Note:permanently(testing purpose only)
It is occur occasionally.

Ok.Repair avast worked and all back to normal again. 
I wonder why we have to perform a Repair to make avast work 
every update, I receive some weird issues and a repair can solve most of the problems
even a clean installation may have bugs and a repair can solve the problem
