Sure that is one of flash media spam.
It’s better to ignore them, because when you clicked it then automatically you will moved to other suspicious website.
You may use No Script at Firefox or Flash blocked with Chrome.
It’s very useful to common people in internet way.

Also Immunize your Windows by using Hosts file in your computer.
Download and install HostsMan.
after install, run it, click on “update Hosts”, choose “MVPS Hosts” and “Peter Lowe’s AdServers List” and update, this would block most of the known malware domains and also Ads.
