We once had a so called Tech on the WOT forums and he said something stupid like if you download Avast it contains viruses.He was realy flamed by a lot of people on WOT and not one supported him.I have not seen him since. ;).

The people who know a bit about computer security for real, none of them are saying “Avast sucks.” And that’s all that matters.
Well you have all sorts of “low life” creatures, coming into various “divisions”: lurers (wanting to fish after certain facts and posing some contradictory bait for someone to go after or getting info from some-one in the know), trolls (“dwelling like pikes under a bridge standing on their tails” to act on any of the controversies they find in the “mud” around them), flamers, etc, etc. - Not to react in any way - always have been the best policy against these types, do not feed these characters, because that is what they live for, do not give them power or energy through attention they do not deserve,
