I know, it sounds stupid but I can’t find how to substitute a new pc in my multiple Avast Internet S. license.
Could anyone please let me know how i need to proceed ?

All you need to do is to transfer your AIS license to your new computer via a flash drive.
You have a couple of choices to copy/paste into your new computer…downloads or documents folder(s).
If you have maxed out the number of devices you must uninstall one before you activate your new device.
