A new Trojan is in my computer! Help!

Well… that’s it…
Hi to all, I’m a new Italian user (this is the reason for which my English’s so poor, sorry!).
I downloaded Avast! 4.7.871 Home edition (the August 2006 version) yesterday and I already found a problem: my computer is infected with a Trojan that Avast! Virus Cleaner won’t probably remove - I didn’t find it in the removable viruses list -. Its name is Win32:Agent-QJ[Trj] (this means it’s a Trojan, I think). The complete file name is drsmartload1.exe.
I tried to execute regedit but it doesn’t work.
Every time I turn on the computer, Avast! alerts me it founds that virus, though I remove it every time.
What can I do?

Thanks to anybody answering.

If a virus is replicant (coming and coming again), you should:

  1. Disable System Restore on Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];310405
  2. Clean your temporary files.
  3. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast. Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning. Select for scanning archives. Boot.
  4. Use a-squared, ewido or Spyware Terminator (trojan removers).
