A question how can I clean the infected file or repair it?

I have have detecting infected files, and with Mabutu… and I mved the infected files to the specific folder but I would like to ask you how can I clean the infected file or repair it? I used the cleaner but I didn’t got any response back.

Not all infected files vcan be cleaned. Many need to be deleted.

Avast is offering you the option to move infected files to the chest before you choose to delete them.

Thank you I did that deleting them, but it may be foudn more then ten files and there are exe files too
