So I have recently purchased avast premier for a single PC and I want to get Grime Fighter for one PC too. However I am planning on getting a new PC soon. So is it possible to remove the software from my current PC and installing it onto the new one when I get it? Or is the software tied to the PC you first installed it onto?

You can easily reinstall Avast Premier, not sure about GF though.
Concerning Grimefighter you might want to ask here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=63.0
The Grimefighter license can be used on the new computer just like your Premier license.
It just can’t be used on both the old and the new computer at the same time.
