While researching what I suspected was a scam or just an advertising ploy, the post was removed as it has been on many, many other forums.
Thanks to the avast! team for a quick response to this undesirable post. 
Yes I reported a drive by spammer in a topic and I normally bookmark the topic so I can check that is has been removed.
Only the other day having just reported one I went back to bookmark it only to find it had just been removed, great job.
