A silly question (SOLVED)

I have Avast Pro and am installing Internet Security, which I have just ordered.

I use Mozilla Firefox and also Thunderbird. I wish both to run inside the sandbox. I note that, on right clicking on the desktop icons for these, each show “Always run outside sand box”, and if I click on that it changes to “Always run in sandbox”. I’m finding this ambiguous. If it says “Always run in sandbox” is it telling me it is running inside the sanbox or should I click on this to make it do so?

OK, a silly question, but I can’t find a way to confirm which it is actually doing.

It’s doing the opposite of what it displays… meaning if you click on what it says that’s then what it’s doing… the choice of course then changes to show what’s now available if you click on it.
