I am not looking for anything that “washes my cookies” nor “walks my pet” not even one that “empties the trash liner.”
I do not want an Anti-Virus program to wax and shine my leather shoes.
I seek a program that performs ONE function; Anti-Virus.
Not one that is so severely bloated as to put a noticeable strain on the PC’s operation as newer versions do.
Not one that is attempting to justify its existence in a diminishing industry by offering the above and other “services” I did not ask for.
So.
Since contacting Avast directly is seemingly by design proving impossible, I come here.
Please direct me to where I may receive from Avast the “registration” code that the [LIGHT WEIGHT], [ANTI-VIRUS-ONLY] version seven(7) of Avast may be obtained.
