A software process accessing Alwil folder, suspicious or not?

Hi, I am running an Autodata software, it is used for diagnosing and repair of automobiles. I was checking it on Process Monitor. I am new to procmon, but it seemed strange that the process ADBCD.exe was querying my “program files” folder and accessing “alwil”, and “gnupg” folders. Does that mean the software is infected?
