That is why there are several of these programs where they give the user the option to make a copy of their registry settings etc. to go back to whenever they might regret a decision afterwards. “Do not harm” should be the first rule of a scanner developer. This should be brought in into a program like a-squared free beta also. The implications of a FP can be so disastrous really and ultimately could lead to you having to completely re-install your OS. What a horror situation! Must not think of it!
