The pop-up looks like it is from avast CleanUp.
It was blocked by avast! but after boottime scan popsup that is the main problem.
The boot scan is to ensure that there is not a threat that snuck through as part of the download. You can either do it or not your choice

but the problem is that file was detected and moved to virus chest
and even then the FakeAV has run automatically after had closed this window.Really I do not understand how it happened.

After an infection is detected/stopped, it’s recommending to run a boot-time scan to ensure the system is clean.
Assuming the user gets a choice of yes or no, there isn’t really anything to change here.
