Samples should be sent directly to avast and not use the forums as some sort of malware distribution center.

  • Send the sample to virus (at) avast (dot) com zipped and password protected with the password in email body, a link to this topic might help and false positive/undetected malware in the subject.

  • Or Send the sample/s to avast as a Undetected Malware:
    Open the chest and right click in the Chest and select Add, navigate to where you have the sample and add it to the chest (see image). Once in the chest, right click on the file and select ‘Submit to virus lab…’ complete the form and submit, the file will be uploaded during the next update.

Sorry…my email can not send such a big zip file .More than 100m.
And I can hardly tell these file which is virus…

Try a web mail like gmail or hotmail.

Gmail max 20mb Hotmail free max 10mb

so you have to split it in smaller zip.files

Using yousendit ( dot ) com, you can send a single file of up to 100 MB for free ( this is the Lite version ). Anything bigger than that costs money.

Suggest that you click on the “Plans & Sign Up” tab on their homepage and choose either the Lite or the Pro plan.
