Hello,

Every morning and evening we get on several Citrix servers the error below :

AAVM - scanning error: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: avfilesScanReal of \servername\home\username\Settings\CICTIM\DH2u4F.EXE:TFCTX03.2 failed, 00000005.

I have excluded the file from the on the resident task, but we get the same error again.

Did somebody know how to solve this ?

Whilst I don’t use the ADNM.

You could try excluding it from on-demand scans as I assume that is when this is generated, rather than an on-access scan. Though it shouldn’t really be a problem I think it is more of a notification than a hard error. The windows file system error 5 is Access is denied.

So I don’t know if there is something specific that would deny access to that file, but avast should just record that entry and move on with the scan.
