The Error 000004F1 = The system detected a possible attempt to compromise security.
So it looks like that folder is somehow protected, given its name 360safebox, however there is very little useful information on GUARDFIELD.EXE, with some indicating it may be implicated in malware, http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRBFFC44697423/GUARDFIELD.EXE.html. This doesn’t mean it is malware, just that more investigation is needed.
Check the offending/suspect file at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the findings here the URL in the Address bar of the VT results page.
