hi, i realize that anything being detected and giving me the option to abort connection isent really on my pc but… if its trying to download what is making it trying to download and how can i find it? if this isent the case how do i make it stop?

Are you getting this message even when viewing an innocent website?
It may indicate a Trojan downloader on your computer.
Run a boot time scan with avast! and also a scan with Ewido anti-Trojan:

If it is not as Frank suggests, then the website is most likely infected and trying to download onto your computer.
Be sure to do as Frank suggested to eliminate the possibility that a trojan downloader is on your computer. Use ewido if your OS is 2000 or XP.
It is always a good idea to list your OS, security programs, process modifiers, etc when asking for help. You will get better help this way.
