The problem is that the Network Shield started to block some “DCOM Exploit attack”, and I want to know if this is because my firewall does not making a good work, or can I have some program that have permission and open some port…?
The Network Shield doesn’t show nothing if I put the start config of the firewall…
I run the tests again after the warnings and everything is fine with the firewall…
A firewall should function like a doorman. He decide who comes in or not. Only if the doorman let’s you through you will get to the ticket box (av). But Windows is loading applications “at randomly” while booting, so it can happen that the firewall is not able to put itself in front of everything else. This is not the firewalls, nor the av’s fault.
Another thing: the Outpost have the option to import/export configurations, and if I import the configuration that comes when we install the firewall, the Network Shield stops to show this “DCOM Exploit attack” warning, so I think that we can conclude that could be a program that I gave permissions…
This also could be a bug in Network Shield…

This problem already happened 2 times to me after I having installed the Firewall. In the beginning it is all good, but passed some days or weeks, this warnings appears…

So the firewall puts itself in front of Avast (as I have explained)

Wrong conclusion. DCOM attacks have nothing to do with applications YOU install, they come from other systems. And you don't have any influence on what others install, how they protect their systems etc.

No. It is a infected system that attacks your system, not a application you have installed nor a application anybody else has installed.
