About WebShield settings in avast 4.6

Hi again,
I would appreciate some clarifications about the WebShield settings.
It seems to me that even when in the ‘Web Scanning’ tab, the option ‘Scan all files’ is selected, the objects specified in the ‘Exceptions’ tab in the ‘MIME Type exceptions’ field are not scanned. Am i right?
Also, what does the ‘APPLICATION/X-RTSP-TUNNELLED’ stand for?Why applications of this kind are not dangerous?Can someone give me an example of an application that falls in this category?

APPLICATION/X-RTSP-TUNNELLED is the Apple QuickTime tunneling format that is currently incompatible with WebShield (streaming audio/video contents).

Otherwise, all settings should be described in the avast help file, as Eddy suggested.
